호텔 깔끔하고 직원이 친절합니다. 새벽3시쯤 체크인하러 갔는데도 아주 잘 맞이해주고 궁금한점 왓츠앱으로 답장도 잘해주네요!!! MUHIB이라는 직원이 맞아줬는데 정말 친절했습니다

Booked family room, but was forced to accept 2 separate individual rooms during check in due to "family rooms all full". The option should not have been available for booking in the first place then, basic booking expectations wasn't met.

BOOKED A FAMILY ROOM THAT COMES WITH 2 DOUBLE BEDS FOR 3 DAYS, TO ATTEND A WEDDING. NICE SIZE OF ROOM WITH WINDOWS. AMPLE PARKING BUT MUST PAY VIA FLEXI APPS. AMPLE RESTAURANTS ALONG THE ROW. Experienced some booking issues but get sorted out fast. Please change the bed that already sink. We do not want to sleep on the mattress with sink hole.

Good location nearby lrt station, Aeon, Subang Parade, very convenient to get food, no worry about it. Overall satisfied room is clean, nice bed but it just doesn't have a shampoo, small issue for me, please refill the dispenser for next customers. 😂

I recommend the room without windows as its renovated and looks clean and comfortable. Only drawback of this facility is no elevator but its quiet and close to Subang Parade, Sunway Pyramid and others.

Extremely bad service, when I reached there, no body at the counter and the door is locked. I called the customer service line many times but no answered. 2. When I back into hotel the receptionist asked me to use my access card to open the lobby door. Don't he have also wanna go in? My hand is full with the file and bag. 3. Hot water dispenser had not function. The receptionist asked me to boil the Water myself. 4. The bed have dust and trigger my nose allergic. I will never to book this hotel again.
