梳邦首腦酒店 (Summit Hotel Subang USJ)

Very outdated hotel. Many things are broken and maintenance is only done when requested.  Electrical items leave a lot to be desired. Dangerous in some cases. Breakfast not good value at all.  This hotel has been neglected for many many years.  Do not stay here is my recommendation.

Hotel Summit Review My stay at Hotel Summit was not very consistent. Lighting: The room lights were inconsistent; some were white while others were yellow. • Facilities: There appeared to be issues with ice box , cater and mirror. Ice box totally not usable. • Room: The bedsit was acceptable. Overall, while some basic facilities lack were lack of maintenance.

酒店很老了，設備也老；衞生很一般，洗臉盆旁邊都是小蟲子爬； 唯一的優點就是房間大了 房卡和手機放一起衹是一小會兒就失效了，然後再從10樓跑下來； 浴缸形式的、衹能頭頂向下噴的淋浴頭 洗頭之後找不到吹風機，給reception打電話，結果打不通！ 旁邊的meeting room也是要花錢租才能用； 隔壁的商場人少的可憐

Not recommended. Hotel lama tidak terawat. Kamar bau lembab. Karpet kotor, dari sejak cek in sd cek out kotoran di karpet masih tetap ada. Handuk sudah sangat tidak layak pakai untuk hotel berbintang 4. Handuk banyak yang berlubang/sobek di tengah maupun dipinggirannya. Saya minta ganti 2x saya kembalikan, yg ke 3x nya baru dikasi handuk yg masih baru dan bersih. Air di wastafel tidak bisa mengalir turun, sudah lapor ke receptionis tapi masih tidak ada perubahan. Kami sekeluarga gatal-gatal saat tidur, mungkin sprei/bedcover todak bersih/tidak diganti. Hanya lokasinya saja yang b yaagus.

ホテル口コミ 車ではなかったのでLRTとBRTか大変助かった。USJ7もSouthQueyも歩ける距離だし、ローカルなショッピングモールと直結しているので大変に便利です 最初エアコンのコントローラーがみつからなかったが、ベッドの橫に懐かしい感じの操作盤がありました。ちゃんと作動します。 ただし、困ったのはWifi 。繋がりにくい。しかし廊下にでてちょっと移動したらサクサク繋がった。共有エリアや廊下に近いところだと問題なく繋がるので、部屋とかフロアによるのかもしれません。

The hotel is in a bad shape. Old and run down. The room given was old with amenities in bad shape, towel rack is not stable and the towels were dirty and feels like they had been used since the hotel first operation. It's thin, stained and even comes with hole. The sink is not working as well had to wait for close to 40mins before the maintenance operator help to clear it. They managed to clear it in about 10mins and left a mess after that. Thought they would get the cleaner to clean it up but sadly it didn't happen Hairdryer not working too... There's also unknown "hair" and stains around the toilet... Here for business 永安 and the study desk is definitely important for me but sadly the table was dirty and the study lamp was coated with a layer of dusts. Hotel amenities are just bad, the pool dont look safe and the gym is like in the 90s, gym room is stuffy and not well ventilated. Didn't even feel like gyming once you open the gym door. Overall very disappointed on a 4 stars hotel but saving grace are the staffs are nice and the breakfast spread is wide but taste wise is just acceptable

Old hotel furnished style is like 1990+ year , facilities old no universal socket, bathroom water pressure very low and one day morning no water supply very terrible, i am rushing to attend meeting, no coffee bag supply , television also old and small

This hotel is the worst in Subang, warning you not to book it, pictures and what you see on the site reflects nothing in reality, this is one of the oldest and most poorly maintained hotel. Staff , especially the front manager is worst. 10 reasons not to stay here 1. Poorest service 2. Most poorly maintained 3. Pictures of the gym doesnt reflect reality, nothing works at the gym 4. Piping system is the dirtiest you can imagine of, water even runs out yellowish 5. Carpets and floor are dusty and stale, reek 6. Service is both ng close to average service hotels offer 7. Hotel gives you dark and miserable feeling even at the front or reception areas 8. Electric and air-condition system are poorly maintained 9. Wifi is super slow you can't even log in simple website, leave aside business matters 10. Worst in Subang

長這麼大住過最恐怖的房間 有點像密室逃脱那種感覺 浴室水是黃的 根本不敢洗澡 洗臉盆水又是白色漂白粉的 我都拿礦泉水洗的臉 房間很臭 還好買了一瓶蘭花香水噴了三分之一 窗簾很臟 根本不敢拿手去摸 圖片看着還好 去了才感覺上當 床底下還有臟東西 衞生特別差 枕頭特別黃黑 很恐怖啊😱

他の口コミにもある通り古めの建物である。その割には清潔に保たれていて、滯在中に清潔感に関する不快な思いはなかった。(もちろん、ソファにシミがあるとか、そういうのを気にする人には向かない)。部屋は大きかった。 アメニティ類は基本的なものしかなく、自分のものを持ち込んで使った方が良い。今回の部屋の問題は水回りにあった。洗面台は水圧がめちゃくちゃ強かったが、下水が流れるのがとてもゆっくりだった。一方、シャワーの方は水圧がすごく弱いうえ、どう調節してもお湯が熱すぎた。部屋チェンジしてもらうのが面倒だったので、フロントには何も言わなかったが、正直シャワー周りはストレスフルだった。 USJ7のLRT/BRT駅から歩いて7-8分なので、公共交通機関利用もさほど不便ではない。(歩道は細いので、大荷物の場合は少し覚悟がいる) ホテルのスタッフはフレンドリーだった。ただし英語がそこまで得意ではない人もいるようで、「部屋掃除いらない」と伝えたのを「部屋掃除してください」と聞き取ったりと、少しミスコミュニケーションがあった。ただ全體的に悪い印象はない。
