酒店設施地點都很棒，房間很舒適，小童設施也很多。適合親子住宿。缺點:早餐餐廳太多人了，用餐體驗不太好。

很方便去Sheung威威水上樂園有獨立電梯下去就是，早餐好吃，蛋治房間做比較黑浴室比較細衣架設計一般沒有晾衫的位置

Convenient location as it is linked to Subway Pyramid shopping mall, restaurants and shops are just a stone throw away. Love the bright hallways and room. However it would be great if the hotel provides ev charging point, currently it’s only available in the preferred parking section in the mall, extra fee needed to top up according to parking time on top of the daily parking fee.

I booked 3 room x 2 nights for my brother’s birthday celebration and we had really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Service is top notch! Moses have helped us with the luggage when we were arrived. Thiban at the receptionist desk who served us was friendly and tried his best to accommodate our request. The check in process was smooth and quick. We also received a delicious birthday cake which brightened up our stay. Kids were excited to play at the kids club and swimming pool. For adults, there’s gym and sauna facilities. Hotel is connected to shopping mall which is great for shopping and eateries. The room is spacious comes with big TV with screen sharing and a magnetic wireless charger, a big plus for those who want to watch the show on their own choice and people like me who forgot to bring phone charger. Breakfast has abundant food and variety of choices. Nasi lemak is the best. Just the hotel didn’t provide free parking, you need to pay MYR15 per day. Other than that we were satisfied with our stay. We would definitely come back again for staycation.

酒店挺好的，大廳直接連結購物的商場，本身泳池就挺好玩，外面還有雙威水上樂園（需單獨買票，另外注意週二閉園），booking時遇到了一些問題，查不到我的訂單，搞了很久才解決，門僮也非常熱情周到，總體還是很滿意的，送了小零食和兩瓶榨汁飲料

酒店很大，房間數也多，裝修有點中東土豪感 各項服務也都很好。早餐有兩個地方，不喜歡人多的且帶點腔調的可以選擇L層，但吃不飽。個人還是偏向於自助。隔壁就是金字塔跟遊樂場，很方便

離市區其實不遠，到大堂後確實會很富麗堂皇，辦理入住很絲滑，房間的view是正對lagoon，房間內設施一般，酒店兩個泳池很好，已經夠6歲的小朋友兩天的活動了，加上週末的親子烘培活動，完全不需要去額外的水上樂園。早餐人太多，排隊太久太混亂。

地點一流！1樓可以直達水上樂園（這個出口可以容許住客多次出入）、L 樓直達商場，就算下大雨也可以不打傘！ 商場超級巨形，有很多餐廳選擇。 L 樓外面有便利店、Local 餐廳。 雖然價錢比旁邊的酒啊貴，但地點優勢絕對物超所值

房間的大小非常的好，而且窗外就可以看見整個雙威水上樂園的所有設施，風景無限好，酒店也有兩個泳池，一個游泳，一個是水上樂園戲水區，孩子非常的喜歡特別特別好，早餐的種類非常的豐富適合帶小朋友入住，特別特別好

Everything is good. Only few things i would like to highlight and make this hotel more perfect. 1) during breakfast time, its too peak and too much people. Everyone have to queue up in order to go in enjoy the breakfast?? This is 5stars hotel. Why still need to queue up more than 30mins.? And the situation very messy. The queuing line from the entrance restaurant until outside. (Swimming pool area). Middle queue also with lift. People go and back. Very messy. 2) management please solve the issue. As a hotel guest, i felt like “what? I spent so much money to stay, but breakfast have to wait and queue? 3) before settle the above issue, please arrange manpower to handle the crowd. Because many of them cut the queue. Make others guests so unfair and unhappy. 4) the restaurant breakfast also not so good. Please look for more various of foods. 5) swimming pool also very dirty. Dirty is not the water. Is the dirty thing under the water. OhmyGod. 6) last but not least, so far the staffs services is very great.
