Was very disappointed with this hotel…. I was charged &115.00 for damages…. Which there were no damages made and when I inquired about what was these charges for…..I was told because the sheets had stains on them that would probably not come out. Mind you we were there for two nights and three days and we did not get housekeeping, we asked the front desk for clean sheets after the second night that we changed ourselves…the old sheets had no visible stains when they were put in the housekeepers dirty laundry…. But the hotel insisted that they had pictures and that they would send these photos to my email which they never did…I tried to dispute the charges but no one ever contacted me back as I was promised they would.

Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans cet hôtel, la première impression dès le couloir d’accès aux chambres (moquette avec taches collantes) était mitigée du fait d’une mauvaise odeur qui s’est confirmée dans la chambre (moquette avec forte odeur de poussière et climatiseur renvoyant une odeur de moisi) Les matelas sont mous et rebondissent et les serviettes ne sentent pas bons.  Petit déjeuné moyen (mauvais thé, pas de lait chaud et machine à pancakes qui ne fonctionne pratiquement pas car il y a toujours un blocage…) propreté à revoir.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean. Nice morning breakfast. Very safe area. Doesn’t have crazy areas. Room AC was little loud. Overall it was good!
