Toon was an excellent launching point for exploring the Sukhothai temples, as the guesthouse is located right in front of the main entrance to the historical park. In addition to this, both bike and golf cart rental options are available at adjacent shops. In terms of service, it's pretty good - the owner lives in one of the rooms and is usually on-site, though they do disappear now and then to live their life. Check-in and check-out both rely on trust; when the owner is out they make arrangements so check-in can be done without them. In terms of amenities, the room had a good amount of space and soap, toilet paper, and a desk were included, as well as two bottles of water (but these were not refreshed on subsequent days). The facility also offers a free toast (bread/jam available) and coffee/hot chocolate breakfast in the morning to get some cheap calories in before your day exploring. Rooms don't contain a fridge, but there is one located in the main area of the second floor (though this wasn't mentioned when checking in to my first floor room, I found it myself later). Shower pressure/heat was pretty good, and AC proved sufficient once it got going, despite the apparent age of the unit. The bed was firm, but not hard, and corridor noise was pretty low. Overall, I'd say Toon is EXCELLENT value for visiting Sukhothai's old town, and a much better spot to start from than anything in the new town unless you really think you're going to want to do much of anything in the late evening after a full day of exploring temples!

1) We have no room cleaning on the 2nd day. When we asked for Help, we cannot find any people at the reception for more than one hour! Also no people listen to the telephone and the door bell. 2) Please provide bottle water and new clean towels at least! please replenish🙏🏻 3) Also, the lighting of our toilet has been gone, please help to repair. 4) the pillows are too soft, cocould we have two more pillows? 5) could we have better ways of communication tools, such as LINE , wechat or WhatsApp if we need help? 6) we like the cat here. She is lovely. We hope for better service quality🙏🏻🙏🏻 Thanks a lot.🙏🏻🙏🏻

อยู่หน้าอุทยานประวัติศาสตร์สุโขทัย ราคาเหมาะสม มีชากาแฟขนมปังบริการ ใกล้ ๆ มีร้านจักรยานให้เช่า กลางคืนเงียบสงบดี Wi-fi ใช้ได้ดี ข้อเสีย แอร์เสียงดัง ห้องไม่เก็บเสียงเสียงจากการกดชักโครกหรือน้ำไหลจากห้องข้าง ๆ ได้ยินชัด

Good location, and it is right in front of Sukhothai Historical Park.

Ich fühlte mich sehr unwohl, da das Hotel nur wenige Minuten vor unserem Check-in Insektenspray zur Mücken- und Schädlingsbekämpfung im Zimmer versprüht hat. Der starke chemische Geruch blieb den ganzen Tag und sogar die ganze Nacht im Zimmer. Dieser Geruch verursachte bei mir und meiner Begleitung starke Kopfschmerzen und Schlaflosigkeit. Wir konnten kaum schlafen und uns nicht richtig erholen. Meiner Meinung nach ist der Einsatz solcher Chemikalien kurz vor der Ankunft von Gästen absolut unangebracht und gesundheitsschädlich. Solche Sprays können giftig für den menschlichen Körper sein und stellen ein ernsthaftes Risiko für die Gesundheit der Hotelgäste dar. Ein Hotel sollte die Sicherheit und das Wohlbefinden seiner Gäste stets an erste Stelle setzen. Zusätzlich war das Zimmer sehr klein und enger als erwartet, was den Aufenthalt noch unangenehmer machte. Leider empfand ich auch das Verhalten des Personals als unfreundlich und wenig hilfsbereit. Wir fühlten uns weder willkommen noch ernst genommen. Insgesamt war diese Erfahrung sehr enttäuschend und entsprach keineswegs den Erwartungen an einen angenehmen und sicheren Hotelaufenthalt. Einziger Vorteil war die Lage! Direkt vor den Historischen Park.

房東友善熱情，服務周到；房間乾淨無異味，早餐咖啡油條巴蕉糕，好吃；離歷史公園大門非常近，旁邊可租自行車電瓶車；有微波爐洗衣機，離夜市、7-11都近，總之性價比高。 房東正在美化入口，房間裏充電位置需要改進，另外淋浴噴頭壞了要及時更換，希望房東能看到。

Unbeatable location opposite central zone area. Rooms are clean and functional. Staff are helpful and kind.
