沙利文美洲最佳價值酒店 (Americas Best Value Inn Sullivan)

Clean rooms, comfy beds, horrible customer service. The third party app I booked through had some complications with my payment, the hotel manager said he didn’t receive the payment the following morning and tried to make me pay for the 1 night stay twice even though I had the bank statement to prove I paid it, and got my confirmation. When I refused to pay for it again, he then refused to give my cash deposit back and threatened to call the police. So I said I would call them myself if he didn’t give me my money back. He then cussed my out, threw my 40$ deposit at me, and told me I was never aloud back at his hotel again. I tried to help figure the situation out and calling the third party (永安) 永安 told me it was an issue on their end and all they had to do was talk with the manager to get my payment sent to the hotel, but the hotel manager refused to answer their calls. Thankfully 永安 made it right. I would not recommend this hotel.

I stayed here for a week and they never asked me any days if I needed any kind of house keeping. No one offered to change linens, bring fresh towels, or toilet paper.
