I recently stayed at D’artotel Braga and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel is clean and conveniently located near DeBraga Citywalk, which made it easy to access nearby attractions and amenities. The food served at the hotel was also delicious and exceeded my expectations. However, I faced some difficulty after accidentally leaving my bag behind. It was quite hard to find the hotel's contact number online, and I had trouble reaching the hotel directly. Improving communication and accessibility would really enhance the overall guest experience.

Good location , spacious Room and clean .difficult to park vehicles , but valet service available . How ever , FO staff attitude not give good service to guest reasonable request , even though available . FO staff just sitting down , not even greeting customer . they resist to help customer for bringing baggage’s and goods . No courier service provided . No spirit of good hospitality for customer.

One of the best stays in Bandung, with its historic buildings and vibrant nightlife full of fun, live music, and art. It’s so enjoyable and meaningful for us, even though we’ve already visited Bandung six times. We love it and will definitely stay again at De Braga by Artotel. Oh, and the staff are incredibly polite and helpful too. Thank You!

Most favourite hotel everytime came to Bandung. Great location for tourist spot. Lobby Ambience looks esthetic..Receptionist friendly and helpfull..Room spacious, clean and cozy..Big mirror in the room make me feel excited evrytime for dress up..for breakfast they had variety of food to try n taste really good specially their porridge n soup.So in love wth this hotel!!! Surely will repeat again👏🏻
