萬隆會議會址可能是萬隆唯一的景點，酒店距離會址很近，很方便。自助早餐非常豐富，客人很多，説明酒店受歡迎，入住率高。

在萬隆 這酒店相當可以 位置也很好 走兩步就是當地的人氣街道 可以看看當地年輕人夜晚生活

All good and perfect...near braga street which is walking distance 450m (5 mins walk) staff are polite and when we check in they gave us a free upgrade from deluxe room to the suite room...definitely will back to stay on this hotel when we back to bandung for vacation..thank you for crowne plaza for everything

對於獨旅者非常友善，無論何處遇到的服務員，都會熱心提供幫助。若房間已準備好，可提前入住，也能寄放行李，另外有多種免費或付費設施可以使用。雖然飯店有歷史，但打掃還算乾淨，除手持蓮蓬頭有部分黴菌，而轉用頂部固定蓮蓬頭。早餐種類選擇多樣，除麵包較濕軟，不符合我個人偏好酥脆口感，其餘美食可口。

Hotelnya bagus nyaman aksesnya dekat dgn pusat kuliner karna berada dipusat kota. Kebetulan dapat upgrade dari tipe queen ke junior suite. Kamarnya bersih ac dingin 👍🏻

Crowne Plaza Bandung definitely exceeds our expectation. From the moment we checked in till the last day the whole team never fail to surprise us. At the lobby, we were greeted by friendly and helpful concierge and bellboys. They were always attentive to our needs. Was there right after the demonstrations. Can feel security was stepped up. Checking in, can feel the warm welcome of the front desk team. Never fail to smile. Room was so spacious and squeaky clean. Jasmine, the reservations and front desk team even remembered to organise a little surprise for my hubby bdae. Breakfast is excellent. Was there for five days and menu changes. Food are tasty and coffee came to u... After checkout, we left behind a bag of caps. Contacted the hotel and within 15minutes made a turn to get it back.Kudos to the room service/front desk/ concierge/security. They were well co-ordinaedr to help us out. Really had a great time

Hotel was located near to Braga Street. Service and amenities are goo and clean. Love the buffet breakfast session. The coffee is superb!! Eateries are around the corner. One down side on the sound proofing. Train signal and traffic sound were clearly heard. Light sleeper could feel disturbance.

The hotel was exceptionally clean, with a wide variety of breakfast choices and outstanding service. I originally booked a Queen Bedroom, but upon check-in, the receptionist staff ( i forgot his name) informed us that our room had been upgraded to a Premium room for free. I was like, Wowww that’s our rezeki to celebrate our birthday & anniversarry in Bandung 🥰 Thank you to Crowne Plaza Hotel and all the staff who were on duty during our stay (check in 03/08 & check out 04/08) I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Bandung!

I had a wonderful stay at Crowne Plaza Bandung. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and went out of their way to ensure a comfortable experience. The pillows are too soft to sleep and little choices of breakfast - which can be improvised. Thank you for the stay.

From the moment I arrived and throughout the check-in process, their service was exceptional. From the security guards, door attendants, receptionists, to the staff serving the welcome drinks — everyone greeted us with such genuine smiles. It made us feel like part of a big family and made it so comfortable to talk with the hotel staff. At check-in, the staff on duty even registered me as a member of the IHG Group right away — something that would’ve been a hassle had I done it myself. That thoughtful gesture alone already spoke volumes about their commitment to excellent service. Beyond their outstanding hospitality, everything from the cleanliness to the tidiness was just perfect. The availability of thoughtful amenities like a steam iron with a board and a hair dryer added even more value. We were also given a room with a stunning mountain view — truly the best view! Facilities like the swimming pool and jacuzzi with their beautiful views, as well as the well-equipped gym, were all major factors in our decision to choose this hotel. Another highlight of our stay was the breakfast — so many varieties to choose from! From local dishes to international options, everything was delicious. The salads were fresh, and the fruit selection was top quality. The fruit was beautifully displayed in a glass case and served by the restaurant staff, rather than taken freely — which helped minimize waste. If the fruit you wanted wasn’t visible, you could simply ask, and they would take it out from the chiller and freshly cut it just for you. They even asked if I wanted yogurt to go with the fruit. Wow! Such thoughtful service. And yes — they had ice cream that was absolutely tempting. They also offered delicious Middle Eastern dishes. The sweet desserts weren’t overly sugary and were just delightful. If I were to describe everything here, it would take forever — haha! One more thing — while I was at the swimming pool area, I slipped and twisted my ankle. I requested ice for a compress, and the room service team sent over an ice bucket from the F&B staff, along with two small towels. That kind of attentiveness really stood out. Without a doubt, we’ll gladly return to stay here in the future. Thank you once again to all the hotel staff for making our stay so memorable. ---
