Todo súper excelente si están en remodelación eso se sabe Pero se nota que está quedando muy bien yo particularmente disfruté mi estadía obviamente cuando uno sube se da cuenta que la alfombra tiene demasiado tiempo y le falta iluminación a los pasillos pero de lo demás todo estaba súper bien no tengo que dejarlo disfruté muchísimo

I was charged more than I was quoted here for resort fees and parking Jett’s in the tub didn’t work and I got a city view room instead of a ocean view room

Ситуация такова, что сейчас (8.03.25) здесь идёт ремонт. Всё верхние этажи после 7 на реконструкции. Днём шумно. Сколько это ещё будет- не известно. Но эту гостиницу я люблю, раза 4 останавливалась здесь и вот теперь её ждёт новая жизнь. Красивый современный рецепшен, большой бассейн, супер пляж с бесплатными лежаками и зонтом (за 35$). Номера должны получиться тоже классные. Напоминаю, что номера с видом на город имеют не открываемые окна, а номера с видом на море - балконы и вид на парковку соседнего здания. Из всех немножко видно море если высунуться в бок. Торцевые номера, конечно, лучше всех. Так что выбирать Вам.

Terrible customer service,- I realized that check-in time was 4p.m.; however it should be the hotel that knows this also ! - Tried to check in at 3:15 and 3:45 - response was the room was not ready!- We will text you when it is- At 4:05 room was still not ready-told we could have a similar room - I said I wanted to speak to a supervisor- none available….- We took a similar room - disappointed The patio doors were so dirty ( had not been cleaned in months - It took both of us to pull and slide the patio door open to get on the balcony!- The dresser drawer opened but would not close! - The safe door was open but locked so could not be used.- 2 coffee mugs in the room - no glasses- not even plastic! ***** This is a resort/ hotel ….. There homepage does not tell you that the restaurant and bar is closed for renovations!**** My mistake was not checking the reviews before booking- Now I see complaints going back to last February of renovations causing hardship to guests! I am almost 71 years old and we booked this for the restaurant and bar use - Not knowing the area I didn’t feel comfortable walking around and then to “top it off” Carrying thousands of dollars at night because we couldn’t use the safe !! Outrageous price of $276.54 and resort fee of $38.80!!! Total price of $315.54 I should be re- iimbursed 50%….. Far cry from a resort atmosphere.. Save your money/ GO ELSEWHERE and check reviews first. This outdated place should be shut down!!

The services at Newport Beachside was excellent. All the staff at the hotel was nice. I was celebrating my birthday with my family and specially the staff of the beach were super nice preparing a wonderful surprise for me and my family at the beach. Besides that the staff of reception and Concierge were super kind, giving to me the best room with sea view and balcony, later they sent to my room special gifts, such as a beautiful tray decorate with a delicious plate of fruits with cheese and Champagne. Also we receive while we were at the beach complementary drinks from the bar and free breakfast. We want to show our gratitude to John Quiñonez, Orlando Perez, and the beach staff especially to Zion, Issac, Carl and Jean. I definitely return soon to this hotel because they treat me as a good family, which is the must important in life. Muchísimas Gracias Dios les llene de bendiciones y prosperidad 🪴😊🙏

性價比高，有私屬海灘，唯一遺憾是我去的時候泳池在維修，希望儘快開放。旁邊有棧橋，可以釣魚，觀景。適合帶孩子。停車場在酒店馬路對面。
