秀苗山景酒店 (Sau Meo Mountain View)

Do not stay here if you don’t want to get scammed. I had the worst experience ever at this place. First, they couldn’t find our booking, and then they gave us a different room. We booked a double room with a private bathroom and air conditioning, but they gave us a hostel room with a shared bathroom and no air conditioning instead. The hostel room was extremely dirty and dusty. They even asked us to pay 200,000 VND to get the double room we had originally booked. After reconfirming with the owner, he insisted that our assigned room was correct. However, the next day when we were checking out, the front desk lady again demanded 200,000 VND, even after I asked her to confirm with the owner. Shockingly, the owner changed his statement and told us we had to pay. The front desk lady shouted at us and held our motorcycle key to prevent us from leaving. We managed to get the key back, but she kept our helmets, and we still haven’t gotten them back. No apology was ever given by the owner. Not to mention, this place is filthy. There were hairs on the walls, and the pool was poorly maintained. Overall, this was the most unpleasant stay I’ve ever experienced. The staff were unprofessional, the owner was dishonest, and the facilities were unhygienic. I strongly advise others to avoid this place at all costs.
