工作人員非常熱情友好，有什麼問題都會及時解決，由於入住的時候剛好是元旦，還邀請我參加他們的跨年聚會，真的特別感動，在這裏認識了新朋友，和他們玩的很愉快，住了快一週還捨不得離開。

Loved my stay here the staff are all so friendly, especially Raman. Always there to help if you need anything. The beds are super comfy and the toilets are reasonably clean for a hostel. Really good. Will be returning.

1. The service is great, the price is reasonable, and they provide blankets and slippers—unlike other hostels in Surabaya, which either lack blankets or storage lockers. 2. The bathroom could use more hooks and shelves, as there’s not enough space to hang clothes conveniently.

Another great stay. Comfortable capsule with good privacy. There is a functional kitchen and a drinking water dispenser. Wifi worked well even inside the capsule. I recommend Autumn Living.
