酒店的服務和設施性價比非常高。離機場位置適中，第二天趕飛機不會花太久也不會因為離機場太近吵。當天腳受傷了，酒店還免費提供了輪椅使用，免費幫忙把5件行李搬上搬下，很熱情。下次去泗水還會入住！

第二次入住，大小可以，無異味。但是燒水壺生銹了，讓人沒辦法用，溝通前台後給換了個新的，其他的沒得説。

I got free upgrade to Executive Room 😀 Maybe because I was waiting awhile during check-in 😁 The hotel is actually quite isolate from shopping mall area, but it's suitable for those prefer a quiet place. Next to the hotel is an aprtment, where you can easily find a good dining place. And there is Indomart too. Surprisingly, water dispenser is available in the hotel, this is definitely a plus point! Overall, it's a satisfying stay 😁

노보텔이면 중간은 한다. 붙어있는 옆건물에 편의점. 식당. 카페 2-3개가 있음. 노보텔 조식 이외에 점심. 저녁에 배고플 때 여기가서 먹는게 가격은 노보텔보다 당연히 더 쌈 거의 같은 건물이니깐 옆문으로 20미터만 걸어가면 됨

We had booked 2 twin rooms,and checked in around 7pm after along drive and were looking forward to cooling down and having a nice shower. However,the air conditioning & small refrigerator did not work in both rooms! Some maintenance staff arrived but could not repair the A/C & fridge. Eventually front desk arranged for us to change rooms which were OK, but by this time we were very hungry and had ordered some room service food. We also requested staff to check out the new rooms before we move. So by the time we moved to the new rooms, it was almost 10pm? My big complaint is that the hotel obviously never properly checked the first 2 rooms before allocating them to clients. Surely, this should be standard procedure for Maintenance Dept. & Housekeeping ?? There was also no compensation for the stress and inconvenience ??

It was my birthday on the 10th January but no one wishes me. Not expecting anything but at least a warm wish for me. Nevertheless, it was a great stay here. Staff was efficient and polite. Room is clean. And room service always did a good job!
