工作人員服務很好，入住和退房都很快速，環境就是連鎖酒店的標準，乾淨衞生，隔音真是太差了，牆和紙板差不多，能聽到隔壁説的每一句話，是我住過的酒店裡隔音最差的

This hotel is in very good location. Next to the hotel is 24 hours Indomaret convenient store (equivalent to 7-11) and around 10 minutes walk is Tunjungan Plaza which a very big shopping mall. The hotel does lunch promotion for 30,000 IDR for a rice dish with unlimited ice tea. The facilities are very basic if you are not looking for anything fancy. One thing I want the hotel to improve is the sound of A/C. On my 1st night, it was very loud that kept me awake until 2 am. Other than that, I don’t have anything else to complain.

The service is excellent, they are kind, polite, and helpful. Smiles never left their faces and they always try to help swiftly. The breakfast is great, tasty, and the selection is even greater, they have a lot of varieties of Indonesian food. The room is great in size, the floor is clearly swept, the bathroom is clean, the amenities are adequate (bring your own hair dryer bcs the one they have is not as great). But terribly disappointed with the cleaners, I used the spoon and glass on day 1 and they didn't even bother to clean them, only put on the usual spot. I tried to "tell" them again the next day yet they still haven't cleaned any 🥲🥲

Secara keseluruhan bagus, terutama breakfast pagi termasuk yg terbaik, byk pilihan makanan dan pelayanannya cepat. Hanya sayangnya tidak ada kolam renang utk santai selepas bekerja.

Hotel położony w ścisłym centrum miasta, wszystkie atrakcje dostępne w zasięgu spaceru pieszego. Nieopodal wielka galeria handlowa z licznymi sklepami i restauracjami. W hotelu śniadanie w standardzie sieci, bardzo przyjazna obsługa.

Great location! 10 mins walk to Tunjungan Plaza, 8 mins walk to KFC, Pizza Hut etc. Small supermarket just next door. However, unhappy with the following: 1. Faulty room door: need to pull to shut. I thought the slam would shut the door but no. I left the room door opened for 3 hours on the first day. Luckily nothing was lost. 2. Water flow out of sink too slow: within 10 seconds of washing, a small pool built up.

The Ibis city center is in a great location with many restaurants and shops within walking distance. The staff are very friendly and helpful and always willing to help. My room was comfortable and clean. I would definitely come back to this hotel.
