酒店周邊環境一般，酒店有一些年代感，房間設施比較老舊，達不到5星級酒店的標準。早上飛機，離機場近一些短途過渡，下次應該不會選擇。

The executive room is very spacious, clean and full amenities. Very surprising while entering the room which no other hotel will provide such facities. Really recommended.. The in room dining also very delicious.

Karena aq lasik mata di National eyes center jadi cari hotel yg dekat dgn lokasi klinik, pgn yg fasilitasnya lengkap seperti d rumah sendiri karena nyaman adalah prioritas, apalagi pasca operasi pasti pgn nya santai.. Semua yang aq inginkan cuma ada di oakwood ini.. so aq pilih menginap di hotel ini dengan fasilitas yg lengkap n bersih di tambah lagi staf nya luar biasa membantu.. Happy to stay here 🫶🏾🫶🏾🫶🏾

Requested for a cot and Novella and team made it happen. They even customized a small tent for our son to play in. I'm really impressed by their service level and the quality of stay. Thank you! We'll definitely be back!

Towels looks a bit dull. Coffee machine can’t use. The shower head stand already broken. We can’t use the shower without holding because always fall down. Unfortunately the house keeping when make up the room didn’t ask the man to fix it instead just propped up the head shower. I think it will continue broken until there are guests who complain. Others are okay, breakfast very satisfactory.

I did not expect my stay there is going to be so pleasant. My impressions from reaching to leaving the Oakwood hotel, always greeted by all smiling staffs from the lobby, reception, restaurants, housekeeping. Check in and out process is like a breeze. Breakfast is good and staff even remember their guest room number. The room is huge and comfortable and clean. Bed is comfortable. Only that it is facing the main road, there were some road noise could be heard at night. There is a huge fridge and a washing/dryer machine. Full utensils, cook ware and Coffee machine. Will recommended this hotel to anyone. The gestures, politeness and services provided by the staffs are really 5 stars.
