Staff helpfull semua ramah... Bed besar, kamar besar.. hotel lama yg terawat.. breakfast juga cukup enak dan bervariasi... Terimakasih

Dapet harga 414 ribu, paling murah sih by 永安. Hanya saja lubang closet untuk airnya berkerak, jadi sakit saat dipakai. Airnya klw malam dingin, agak siang baru panas.. Padahal ac dingin poll, pas dikamar mandi jd makin dingin dong. Untuk staff kali ini semua ramah.. Thank you

Hotelnya luas, ada bathub tapi memang hotelnya sudah agak jadul namun kesan mewah nya masih terjaga Dekat dengan plaza surabaya dan wtc akses nya mudah

Booked the hotel for one night as a stop over place when arriving in Indonesia. I arrived by taxi, and the next day caught the train. I chose this hotel due to the location near the train station. It was easy for me to walk to the train station, though the traffic is very busy and not always stable footpaths - it was ok for me as I had a backpack though would not be very walkable for someone with bigger luggage. I stayed again for one night when returning by train, then flying out of the country. Hotel was nice, staff friendly. On my first night I arrived late in the evening and was able to get vegetarian food from room service. On my 2nd night I ate out in the shopping mall that is located next to the hotel. The room is clean and comfortable. I appreciated the fact that there was a bath tub. Also, I liked that there were no plastic bottles of water; each room has a jug and you get water from the dispenser in the corridor. I did not have time to try out the swimming pool. The restaurant has a morning breakfast buffet with a selection of Asian and Western style food options, including having some items made to order...you can fill up for the day.
