Der Service, war erste Klasse, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das erste Zimmer das wir hatten war in Ordnung aber leider hatten wir ein paar Kakerlaken und Ameisen im Zimmer, daraufhin habe ich für die nächste Nacht um ein anderes Zimmer gebeten, was kein Problem war. Das zweite Zimmer hatte diese Probleme nicht aber war leider auch nicht ganz sauber. Das Angebot des Hotels ist super mit Rooftop Bar, Karaoke, Spa usw. Das Frühstück ist gut und lecker aber nichts besonderes. Die Lage ist sehr gut in Surabaya.

Hôtel avec voiturier qui est un plus. Piscine petit exteriors pas de serviettes de piscine pour un hotel 4 etoile et pas très propre .petit dejeuner moyenne personnel au petit soin .

Staff was friendly and the location is central. But the bathroom was smaller than on the pictures, tv had problems and the AC always blown cold air even when it was on 30 degrees. Asked for room change twice, they don’t allowed it

This is definitely not a 4-star hotel. I have slept in a lot of 2-star hotels that are much better. The hotel is very old and there is a weird smell everywhere. I even got sick of the smell that was in my room. The room is also very old and you see a lot of cracks and insects in the room. I would not recommend this hotel.
