The hotel is very well located, just a 5-minute walk from the train station, which makes it really convenient. The bed was comfortable, and there’s even a nice swimming pool on the rooftop. Plus, you’ll find plenty of food options just around the corner. That said, the furniture is starting to feel quite old, humid, and a bit outdated. At night, it can also get very noisy — with prayers and singing echoing from different parts of the neighborhood — so light sleepers might struggle.

The location is perfect to discover Surabaya and if You are coming by train to Gubeng Station. A Bar, Seimming Pool and Gym on the 17th floor of the Hotel. You have a wonderful opportunity to look around Surabaya city. Even a Bridge can be seen. The cleanliness of the rooms is so-so.

Meskipun fasilitasnya masih kurang menurut saya tapi hotel ini tetep bagus dan dekat dengan wisata... Dan kami akan kembali lagi di lain hari...

Sudah book di 永安 untuk kingbed, dapatnya twinbed dan resepsionis bilang ga ada tulisan kingbed dari trav*lo** Jadi disuru terima aja twinbed. Ga tau kenapa kok bisa berubah jadi yg pesan aplikasi lain. Tanggal 1 Juni 08.00 sudah info towel kurang 1, cuma dapat 1, sampe checkout gak diantar. Over price klo dibandingkan hotel lain. Makannya cuma ky gini. Minum juga cm teh + infus water. Tanpa jus tanpa milk. Tanpa snack. Tanpa salad.

I stay here for two nights, The first night i came, the room was nice duplex room with cool aircond but the cleanliness you guys have to maintain more. In the floor, in the bed next to the stair case so many dust and hair. I just wondering how you guys clean the room!
