Worst hotel, no hygiene, standard rooms for two people was very small. Washroom was also so small cannot able to bath properly. Bedsheet was stinking. Smell of alcohol emanating from rooms. Not recommended for family as given in there profile. Room prices are also inflated as for standard rooms one night rate is 1500rs but mm t charged us 2600rs for one night. Totally unacceptable. And not trustworthy.

The room was not what was shown in the photos.

Hotel j b is a low budget facility but mid budget pricing hotel reception is good to respond for queries and requests additionally promptly address to your concerns and complaints they mainly have twin bed room which they painstakingly combine for double bed (this should have mentioned clearly during booking) as there is always a back aching gap on combining deluxe room are spacious while standard rooms are cramped washroom have a hot water tap for bucket taps while showers will always be cold small rooms have big wash basins while bigger rooms have a pretty small and uncomfortable one rooms are clean and furnishing decent but hardly any provision to hang or keep clothes and bedsheets are mostly worn out. Pillows are stuffed cotton and hard ones (in case u r used to soft pillows then better carry your own) lift is not available which makes this an active property i guess water cooler is used to serve in used water bottle as sealed mineral water is available on chargeable basis overall an average experience and definitely a lot of scope for improvement as this property is located well and can be much better if decently updated

Hotel was clean good experience people are nicely behaving overall it was a good stay tv ac all were working

My stay at hotel j. B. Surat gujarat india for 3 days was an amazing and also most comfortable, economic, clean and ensuring 100% health hygiene. As such i rated it's hospitality * * * * *

The rooms shown to me while booking were not allotted. I had asked for extra 2 beds that were also not provided. Ac was not properly functioning in 1 of the room

It was a nice and comfortable stay. Very close to my destination. I would suggest to add breakfast as well.

Staff are v gud clean and hygiene rooms. Room service are done very well and well trusted people. Whit ever we require thy try to give thr best.

Next time never book this hotel it was very bad experience. Rooms are very unhygienic and washroom are also unhygienic.
