While booking, I specifically requested a king-size bed; however, upon checking in, the receptionist informed me that the requested bed was unavailable, so the check-in was not completed.

The hotel is situated at a very strategic location. Waiting distance from surat railway station. The room was specious, clean & well maintained. Staff was cordial and polite. Overall good stay

We had to change our room 3 times because lock wasnt working, it was infested with ants, the hotel staff argued with us and didnt give us good service room quality was poor

I stayed at this hotel expecting a pleasant experience, but it was highly disappointing. The service was poor, with unresponsive staff and delayed assistance. The breakfast was subpar, lacking variety and quality. Overall, not worth the price. Wouldn’t recommend.
