布斯克酒店 (Hotel Bosco)

My stay was good although the music from the hotel bar was very loud. We had trouble sleeping.

Second time staying here. Unfortunately realised that the executive room I booked was on the first floor right above the bar. Last time our executive room with balcony was on the third floor and was more spacious and quieter. Thankfully the bar wasn't open on the Tuesday when we arrived and had closed by the time we got back from London on the Wednesday so weren't affected by this however the walls were really thin and we could hear every noise from the room next to us which meant we didn't have the best night on our first night. Ear plugs were provided however! Everything else was spot on, it would sometimes be nice just to see someone on Reception just so we can ask for top ups of tea bags, sugar etc. Without having to phone but we knew to expect thus so came prepared! The room, as always was really well equipped with coffee machine, fridge, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, full length mirror, toiletries etc. Which I'd always much appreciated. Great location for shops, places to eat and drink and of course, for fast and frequent connections into London.

Doubtful we will return

The only good thing about this hotel is location - stone throw to Surbiton station

Room was excellent, nicely appointed. Comfy bed, but the only disappointment was the pillows...very poor and unsurportive. That's my only criticism.

Lovely boutique hotel. We stayed mid-week and it was perfectly located for our 永安 to Hampton Court Palace and Kingston-upon-Thames. Our room was massive and they had made sure we had a bath as requested for a medical issue. We had everything we needed for a 2-night stay. Although there is no breakfast at the hotel, there is a cafe straight across the road called The Pickled Pantry which was amazing and very reasonably priced. We would definitely recommend this place.

Great location, handy for the station. Seems to be a timber-framed building so the soundproofing between rooms isn’t the best, and it’s next to a fairly busy road. But the room itself was spacious and well appointed, decent decor, and pretty clean.

Fantastic location so close to Surbiton station meant after a speedy check in was able to get the train into london to catch a show. Parking was available not too far away and as we had to rush for a train our luggage was taken to our room ready for our return. The room was clean and bed extremely comfortable with a fab jacuzzi style bath. The spread at breakfast in the morning was delicious, and whilst there was no cooked option, what was available was delightful. Fresh juices - orange/apple, yoghurts, granola compotes, cereal, bread/toast/bagels/muffins, cold meats, cheese, smoked salmon, tomato, cucumber, cook your own boiled eggs with timers, fresh fruit - apples/bananas/satsumas/grapes, croissants/pastries, freshly prepared choice of coffees and teas. Set us up for the day of sightseeing! Every interaction with staff was professional, helpful and genuine! All with a smile 🙂
