Our stay was excellent, we are a family of four. Two adults two kids. There was alot of room in the hotel with stunning views. We were greeted with a smile, had our own parking , two swipe keys , fresh towels , beds & clean full kitchen with washer , dryer, pots, pans, shampoo and so on.. nothing was a problem. Jodie on front desk is super lovely & helpful nothing was a problem. Pool & spa closes at 10pm, awesome for after beach swims. Walking distance to main surfers paradise pubs, restaurants, activities. We stayed on the 8th floor, aircon room with queen bed & own slider to balcony. Kids had the best time walking around checking out the water features around the garden , media room & sauna. The location is great , its peaceful & clean. We will definitely be back, loved it here.

停車場說明不明確，花了好久的時間才知道如何打開車道門，鍋子、煮水壺都很舊的樣子，煎蛋都沾上黑黑的東西，垃圾袋、衞生紙等備品不足，需自行向櫃枱拿取，其他都很好！

Everything was nice and convenient just didn’t like that there was no follow up or anything. They still have my security deposit on hold. No updates with that too..

It was a great stay, the spa and sauna were definitely the highlights and staff were super friendly. Just need a smart tv so guest can watch Netflix etc.
