場所は少し不便ですが、着いたらとても落ち着いていて、とても寛げました。温泉がとても良く、夕飯朝食共にとても美味しかったです。このクオリティでこの価格は他にはないと思います。 4月は桜、5月はホタルとのことですので、また是非行きたいと思います。 the location is not so good.but against the perfect service, cost is very reasonable. we hope to visit again there.

One of the best hotels we stayed during this 永安. Location was abit far out and you probably need a car to get here. We wanted somewhere near fuji and gotemba outlet so this was suitable. We took the half board package and the food was superb. more than sufficient as we were all full.

Excellent food and service. Staff in this hotel was very friendly and helpful. Not many people in onsen. The hotel is located far from the train station, but it's good because it's secluded.The rooms are large. I highly recommend this hotel and would like to thank the staff.

A very nice hotel situated in a quiet town called Susono, which is at the southside of the base of Mount Fuji. As soon as I stepped into the hotel, I felt very welcome. The service is incredible, and the hotel staff are so friendly and polite. Even though they are not fluent in English, they tried hard to help me by using Google Translate. The Onsen at the hotel was charming and quiet. The room has a tatami bed and it is so peaceful and quiet. The dinner and breakfast provided are authentic and delicious traditional Japanese meals that are not familiar to me, but I enjoyed them very much.

傳統的日式温泉旅館原本訂的是有浴室的日式房，最後還是要自己去泡澡，滿意外的是温泉很舒適，裡面有位老婦人，她很好客，即便她不會說英文，拿著平板一路介紹她們旅館的各種設施，還介紹她們家門外有個水車輪，會遇到螢火蟲，那天剛好有下雨吧，沒有遇到螢火蟲，還真的很想看看吧！他們服務真的不錯，我們剛ｃｈｅｃｋｏｕｔ完，轉個身就發現我們有東西漏掉，立馬拿給我們，這種窩心服務真的讓我有種家的感覺！同樣老婦人還送別我們，她很可愛，也很愛笑，一半日語＋一半英語，我們還一直在聊著聊著，她真的很親切！希望她健健康康︿︿

日式温泉♨️旅館，性價比高，房間中規中矩，但是服務人員態度好，老闆娘還會主動拿出翻譯器來介紹旅館設施以及餐食。♨️比較普通，餐食很不錯！小朋友也有配套的小童餐春夏季旅館旁邊會有螢火蟲出沒，老闆娘會主動帶你去一個簡單的探索tour👍 如果自駕，停車場很大，旅館定位準確，離旅館幾個路口外就有指示牌了，很好找。如果需要到附近站點接送應該也可以，需要提前聯繫旅館。推薦！
