Great location, and nice outlook from our room over park and government building. Friendly and responsive service. Only small downside is limited availability of car parking on site.

Close to most of place of interest. Bed is hard n good for slumber support but separate bed sheet should be provided for duvet. TV was not working. Room is not cleaned until called upon

I stayed at James Cook for 2 weeks. The staff were very helpful and understanding. They did the very best to make our stay comfortable. I found the bathroom facilities unacceptable. No shelves for the toiletries when in shower, had to place everything on the floor. When showering the water flowed to the whole bathroom and made it into a swimming pool. Had to ask for thick towels to block water and not make the room wet. there was no security lock for safe keeping.
