WE LOVED the room that we paid 8,500 pesos for one night for. I mean that is a lot of money, BUT it was an incredible room. It had two floors! First time I've ever witnessed anything like that in a hotel. Perfect for a big group. Bad part? neither Air Con was working. Sweated our butts off that night, in style for sure, but sweating all night none the less.

Everything is way above I expected. I would say best I stayed in Tacloban, facilities wise. Rooms are generously spaced, restaurant serves good food, even the breakfast hub. Staff are polite and understand hospitality. However I have to comment on the sheets/ towels. They don't smell fresh, even if it is clean. As I would love to return to the hotel for sure, I think it is important that this is looked at by the management - esp if laundry is an outside service.

We enjoyed our stay as always but we would like to complain about one worker who was asked to check on our refrigerator ..he said came in our room 303 and spoke no words ..just look at me and my Wife as if we looked crazy..even as we offered thanks for help he just walked out..my Wife and I could not help but feel low because of his look and treatment. We did not see his name but we will remember he wears glasses .. Thanks .. Thomas Ward

It was good because this hotel has a really nice cfe and a really nice restaurant with awesome food. Their bfast is also very delicious and generous servings

Hotel was good itself. Clean and good location. But the only problem this time was the pool and food. We were not able to use the pool on the evening coz they were cleaning it., they put chlorine And the food., so supposed to be it was buffet breakfast. But it was not. That was the only reason why we always choose this hotel, coz there breakfast was really good(the buffet)😋
