We liked the green landscape.  The rooms were exactly as shown in photo. We liked the Apayao suite; Rosal room- it would be nicer if it has wood flooring cr area rug so that the noise (moving chairs, walking) from adjacent rooms.  As a wellness spa, we recommend to have quiet zones and more wellness activities for the guests. The room wasn’t ready immediately at check-in time so something that they need to improve during peak period.

Ambience is good for a wellness stay. But masseuses have to be careful when they twitch customers’ arm to their backs to massage. My hubby got a strain i think, which the next morning till now he can’t lift his right arm. Back home, we are now treating the injury. It’s a bad experience, especially for a man. Location is a little remote, which is not accessible by Grab app … only their local app which we can’t download . So, travelling here and transferring to airport is a problem. This should be stated in the Village’s website or offer a service for transportation.

Location is a bit secluded from the city center. Staffs are accomodating though not going beyond and just provided whatever requested for instance we requested to retrieve the cake and they didnt offer utensils or think about whenever we would consume it for my partner's birthday, The room lacks refrigerator which might be a necessity. There's only one swimming pool.
