The overall stay was pleasant. Staffs were nice as well. The room was okay and clean, however, the wifi isn’t working well especially when I tried watching Netflix. Suggest upgrading the facility to attract more guests.

I had a wonderful stay at this 4-star hotel. The front desk team was friendly, professional, and very accommodating from the moment I arrived. They made everything easy and comfortable. What impressed me most was how willingly they assisted with a special request. I needed to interview the Food & Beverage Supervisor, and the staff quickly helped arrange it. The interview went smoothly, thanks to their support and coordination. The F&B Supervisor was kind and informative, and the overall experience was better than expected. The staff’s warm attitude and willingness to assist made my stay truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for both comfort and outstanding service.

The room was nice and comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is very accessible. My only concern is they clean the room on the 2nd night even though we don't request it. We are shocked when we are back in the room 😂.We really appreciate the initiative but we hope next time, ask permission first. And for the pool, it's too cold. Hoping next time you will have a heated pool 😊 The overall experience was good. We will be back again.

The room was nice and comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is very accessible.
