地理位置特別好！出行方便，房間乾淨、安靜。前台美女帥哥接待非常熱情，服務周到。不過要自己帶梳子酒店不提供。

地點不錯！對面就是大型購物中心！櫃枱服務人員非常友善！態度極佳！

這是一家奇葩到不行的酒店，入住兩晚，在第二天晚上洗完澡後，渾身濕漉漉的情況下，房間找了一圈，發現沒有任何的浴巾或者毛巾。無奈用浴袍做擦拭後，給前台打電話，確定是沒有放置，也並沒有任何的誠意道歉或者補償。收拾房間，忘記放浴巾毛巾，人生第一次遇到。服了。

Hotel Review: Brittany Hotel BGC (Stayed October 1, 2025) I booked Brittany Hotel BGC purely for convenience since my appointment at the KVAC Korean Visa Center was scheduled the next day—and it happens to be located inside the same hotel. The property is also right beside SM Aura, making the location a huge plus. Parking & Check-In Parking was free (validated upon check-in), though spaces were very limited—by noon there were only a couple left, so arriving later might be tricky. Reception staff were warm and attentive, and I appreciated that my room was ready before the official check-in time. The lobby itself was modern and pleasant. Room & Amenities The room was clean and the bed comfortable, though far from five-star quality. The carpet in the hallways looked old and worn, which cheapened the overall feel. The bathroom layout was practical, with separate areas for toilet, shower, and sink, though the hairdryer placement made it awkward to use. Amenities were basic—kettle, beverage fridge, and coffee sachets (which were very poor quality). I ended up buying coffee at 7-Eleven instead. Small maintenance issues like chipped walls were noticeable, but not a dealbreaker for a short stay. Service Staff were consistently polite and greeted us whenever we passed by. The in-room phones weren’t working, but a QR/Viber system was available for requests, which I didn’t end up needing. Breakfast Breakfast was decent overall (7/10). Options included pastries, an egg station, Filipino dishes, congee, and noodles. I enjoyed the garlic rice and local dishes, though the pastries felt a bit stale and the bacon/ham weren’t great. Coffee from the percolator was watered down but still better than the sachets provided in-room. Overall Impression If you’re after convenience—especially for KVAC appointments or quick access to SM Aura—this hotel works. But for the price point, you can find more premium stays in BGC (e.g., Ascot or Seda). It’s not a bad choice, just not one I’d recommend for a staycation or if you’re after luxury. For me, it did the job because of the location. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ (3/5) – Good for location, average for everything else.

住客因突發健康問題提前一天退房，我在當天早上7點致電酒店前台告知此狀況並表示最後一天不住了需要退房一天，此後又溝通2次，酒店表示不退還房費，不建議大陸遊客或商務人士出行住此酒店

酒店位置比較好，酒店及周邊都非常乾淨，周圍保安較多也很安全，服務很熱情

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here. We stayed with our furbaby, and we appreciate how truly the hotel is pet friendly. Giving 4 stars for the amenities as unfortunately, the pool was closed during our stay. All staff are helpful, friendly, and approachable. The breakfast was ok, too. Will definitely book here again with our furbaby.

經常到BGC出差，常駐的酒店沒有房間，所以選擇了這家，第一次入住感覺很差。首選服務一般，酒店設備一般，早餐更是一般。尤其是洗澡間沐浴露支架鋒利，把手指給劃傷了，到現在還有些後遺症。

수영장 사용불가하다는 내용도 미리 안 알려주고 대응도 최악 직원들이 엄청 불친절하네요 손님한테 굉장히 공격작으로 얘기합니다 기분이 엄청 상했어요 프론트에 왜 그런 직원을 놔두는지 모르겠네요 방에 들어왔더니 문도 전화기도 고장이네요 이불에도 뭐가 묻어있었습니다 뜨거운 물도 안나와요 그래서 환불 요청했는데 안된다네요 한참 실랑이 끝에 방을 바꿔달라고 해서 바꿨는데 이번에는 벽뷰네요 손님을 얼마나 쉽게 생각하는지 알 것 같습니다 절대 오지 마세요 리뷰 1점짜리 남겨본 게 처음인데 다른 사람들 피해 볼까봐 남깁니다

Location is quite far from central BGC but SM Aura is just beside hotel. Easy to get food and grocery. Room is big for 2 person but it does not provide iron. Bedsheet does not change everyday as well.
