There are many extra furniture in the room. It looks like a warehouse. The bed sheets and covers are very old. There are cockroaches in the room. The professionalism of the service is incomprehensible. I need to go to the mailbox to retrieve the key. It's hard to understand.

The unit 20I is dirty. BedCover and pillows are smelly and there's lots of 🪳 cockroaches in the sink and in the whole unit. Before check out, you won't have time to finish 😞 activities, as room administrator with 3 - 4 men will incessantly ring doorbell and once door is opened,they will never leave in peace while they were watch us choking to finish eating.They will not give you time to check if everything is packed to ensure nothing valuable is left behind, as 3-5 men are standing and looking at us. You will be embarrassed to use the restroom and void, as they will ring incessantly knock and ring doorbell and watch you go out from restroom.

Stayed 2 nights. Heart of the BGC with great view of the golf course. Certainly could use a few repairs but overall it was a great place to stay and I’d go back regardless of the few issues. Biggest pain was on checkout when we couldn’t leave our bags for a few hours. Would stay again regardless.
