開門就看到小強在爬，寫着是酒店式公寓，實際跟酒店毫無關係，整一個民宿而已樓下保安拿密碼就能開門。 房間內麼臟的不行，小強在爬，壁虎的屍體，毛巾發黃，牙刷配套的牙膏都幹了，完全沒法住人，當場定了其他酒店換走。

The room was nice, but it was in the fifth floor. That’s why it was quite noisy. But the location is great.

We had an amazing stay at Avant Serviced Suites. The studio room we stayed at had all the facilities we need as a family with an infant. The room was clean, the lobby was well-lit, the location was perfect if you want to be close to the BGC High Street. The staffs were also warm and helpful. We will surely go back!

The place is by no means bad, and the room is very spacious. There is a kitchen, but it’s a bit small. Also, the entrance door lock was a little inconvenient to open and close. Since I was on a high floor and one of the elevators was out of order, it took a little time waiting for it.

Le concierge très sympathique, les deux studios étaient confortable ,problème avec la climatisation dans l un de deux .Peu de vaisselle .Surprenant le badge pour prendre l ascenseur qui ne permet que d aller a son étage .Une zone fumeur au 3e ,salle de sport au 2e ,piscine au RDC . Pas de restauration mais un Mac Donald juste en face ainsi que beaucoup de restauration autour. Très bien pour quelques jours

The place was clean and nice, good location and view! The stay was good, comfortable bed and I had all necessities. Just to know: The pool is not good…super cold, nobody rests there. Gym seemed ok. I couldn’t order breakfast (永安 had info that breakfast is available for additional payment). And there is no storage room for a luggage.

Absolutely excellent location, right in the heart of BGC with all the amenities at your finger tips. The apartment was clean and a good size, but would be small for a family. The car service was expensive however the driver was very friendly and helpful and as I was arriving early and on my own, the expense was worth it (although in hindsight probably just as safe getting a Grab). I’d recommend staying here again.
