台北宏都金殿商務飯店 (Hotel HD Palace Taipei)

房型還行，價格合理，重點浴缸很大 但早餐只有摩斯，跟熱茶和咖啡有點單調

I booked this hotel with breakfast included, feeling quite excited. However, my experience was extremely disappointing. On the first morning, when I went to the restaurant, a staff member in casual clothes loudly scolded me for wearing the disposable slippers provided in the room. I had no choice but to go back, change my shoes, and return. To make matters worse, the so-called “breakfast” turned out to be nothing more than eight simple take-out burgers, served in the second-floor dining area. Guests were not allowed to take them away, and there were only coffee and tea available—no juice, no milk, nothing else. The stairwell between the second-floor lobby and the ground-floor exit was another nightmare. There was no lighting at all, the stairs were in terrible condition, and the spiral design was dangerously narrow. If you try to save time by not taking the elevator, you will almost certainly risk twisting your ankle. Inside the room, the air conditioning temperature could not be adjusted. I woke up in the middle of the night freezing. The bathroom facilities were equally poor—the showerhead and fixtures were old and worn out, the hot water was difficult to control, and the holder felt like it could break at any moment. Overall, the hardware is outdated, but the worst part was the rude and unprofessional attitude of that staff member. Being loudly humiliated in front of other guests for something as small as slippers left a very bad impression. For the price, there are far better options in Taipei.

The Breakfast is a Desaster , no choice , just a prefixed plate with ham , eggs and salad. There is no hand soap provided and new bed sheets every 3 days  , due to the go green movement. The famous bar/restaurant next door has closed for some time already.

這間酒店地理位置稍顯不便，距離捷運站較遠，對於依賴公共交通的旅客來說可能不太理想。房間舒適度和衞生環境一般，房間內有蚊子，且充電插頭位置設計不佳，使用轉接頭時不太方便。 餐廳的衞生狀況令人擔憂，咖啡機上竟發現蟑螂，影響用餐體驗。早餐可選擇在酒店餐廳或附近的Mos Burger用餐，後者是不錯的替代選擇。 酒店設施雖然較為陳舊，但基本齊全，能滿足日常需求。 整體來說，性價比一般，適合對住宿要求不高的旅客，但希望酒店能改善衞生問題和設施維護。

房間很大很乾淨，床很大很舒服，沙發也不錯，浴室很大也可泡澡。可惜住宿當天剛好碰到冷氣團，空調只有冷氣沒有送風功能，只好關掉空調系統！ 地點不錯，在臨江街/通化街夜市附近，很好逛。 人手不足，櫃枱人員可能忙翻了，說話口氣有點不耐煩，加油！

The female service staff at reception (and restaurant - they were the same people trying to multi task) were unfriendly, with poor customer service. No fruits nor choice of fresh milk or soy milk or juices for breakfast. Selection and portion was also small. Remember to bring your own toiletries as none were provided. Not even the most basic hand soap for the wash basin area.

床單有血漬，停車場黴味無敵重，一天100，房間普通，cp值不好，其實下次不會考慮再來，整體衞生沒有很好 第二天早餐也沒給…….

地點很方便，旁邊很多餐廳、酒吧、也離通化夜市很近，房間很乾淨，自己一個人住的很舒服，下次會再考慮來住，老闆娘也都親自服務

近車站，但房間及外觀都好簡陋，無熱水沖涼
