Need to improve. The room is quite small. The cleanliness is not satisfactory. The location is quite strategic close to the city center. The staff is not very friendly. The facilities at the pool are quite disappointing. Towels are not provided and the environment is gloomy. The management needs to be more sensitive and maintain the environment more cheerfully.

Bangunan lama, dapat bilik 3 orang pun hujung dunia ha.. pintu toilet pun dah buruk patut kena tukar dah… rail tingkap pun sangkut2 dah le healing menghadap kubur… healing yang menginsafkan. Kita pulak penakut macam mana 🤣 macam2 bunyi dengar malam tu tapi tidur je la ek. Badan penat drive jauh, tilam so-so, iron board dah terkepak dah. Iron disediakan cuma iron lama la. Pool tu rasa budak2 kencing dalam tu. Kena hari2 ganti. Tengok gambar, kiri bersih je, kanan tu keruh betui. Tapi receptionist semua mesra2 je, kekalkan service ya adik2. Terima kasih banyak2

Chairs very old, table old and shaking. No room for Shower - all in one. After shower, the bathroom all wet. Balcony facing graveyard! Open the balcony curtain you see the graveyard!! NEVER again staying in this hotel!!

Nice hotel, just 1 km away from city centre. Helpful staff . The only downside is the limited choices of buffet breakfast. Hope to have more variety of food.

We arrived at the hotel around 2 AM, and the check-in process was smooth even at that hour. Since it was already dark, we couldn’t see much when we checked in. But to our surprise, our room had a balcony with a stunning mountain view — such a lovely sight to wake up to in the morning! The room was decent and comfortable, with a water heater in the bathroom. All basic toiletries were provided, which made our stay very convenient. A good, fuss-free place to rest. There’s also a 7-Eleven just a few steps away from the hotel — super handy for quick snacks or essentials. And if you're driving, the hotel has underground parking space too, which is definitely a plus.

Bila masuk bilik, rasa berdebu. Cadar katil buat gatal-gatal pada badan, rasa x selesa tidur. Towel pun x provide. Receptionist masa check-out not well dressed with bad breath. Nk cakap pun x sanggup tahan. Foods for breakfast pun biasa2 je. Hopefully, can improve more in all aspects next time.

Situated right in the centre of town so walkable to shops, restaurants. It is an old hotel, so room is showing the usual wear and tear, stains on walls, birds droppings on balcony. Parking is roadside or basement (can be narrow for some cars). Staff service is adequate. Room is large with dated furniture and bathroom. Breakfast has limited offerings but tastes good enough.  Adequate for a sleep stop on your journey and good value for money. Taiping is always a chill pitstop.

Our family booking for a group of 4 so we took 2 single rooms. Location is not bad; a bit secluded thus the traffic to get to the hotel was light. The rooms were decent; they met the requirement given the room rate. Our rooms didn’t come with breakfast but we decided to pay on our own. The coffeehouse was nice; typical local breakfast selections. Took some time to check the pool area which was in a semi outdoor setup while still protecting you from rains and thunderstorms. Overall it was a decent place to stay for a short, family-related 永安 to Taiping.
