台東小黃貓民宿 (Yellow Cat Hostel)

In 永安 app the hostel offers rooms with private toilet, but in reality not all the rooms have it, and mine didn't i had a surprise when i arrived and realised my room was in the 3rd floor and my toilet in the 1st floor, and to upgrade i had to pay extra cash. How come this can happen ?? Since this is a hostel without permanent service people, you can't just show up anytime cause no one will be there, another surprise when i arrived one hour earlier to leave my things cause i wanted to keep going to the city and the doorman didn't want to allow me to get inside, cause as i discovered the hostel was a small building inside a complex of similar ones that were normal houses, then the doorman called the service lady that came extremely upset and showed a very unpleasant face for having to come 30 minutes earlier to clean up and let me in. Then she explained me that in the chinese version of this app the room states as "with sepparated/shared toilet". How come this can happen???

位置離市區近，清潔度佳，內部擺設尚可，早餐卷可抵用60元不足補差額即可。地下室雖有2個停車位，只能先到先停，或找附近停車位。
