The hotel feels like you are in a very luxurious yet welcoming colonial home, complete with a shared fireplace (where you can enjoy a fire lighting ceremony if it is a special occasion), wood flooring, and beautiful white shutters.

Overall nothing to complain about. Very limited tv Chanel. Would be better if provide hand towel and tissue paper.

Bath towels do not absorb water well. They change the towels daily but one of the days the bath towels had a certain musty smell, like they were not completely dry and then kept. Also, we were staying on the 6th floor but could still hear the motorbikes revving their engines at the street below. Other than that, the room was spacious with a balcony (we booked a suite) and even liquid detergent was provided. Service staff was also friendly.

Location nicely placed at tanah rata with convenient parking and a friendly front desk person Room was clean and smells good, toiletries and towels was also well provided There's even a cute balcony for you to enjoy outside However the room is just a room, wouldn't really feel like staying in there to hangout, but just to sleep or etc If I was on a budget 永安, I'll definitely come back here, overall was a great experience without any hiccups
