1.我們來住五天，沒主動講都沒有清潔房間，第二天櫃枱講才請人來整理，我說等11:00後再來，10:30就來瘋狂敲門打擾休息 2.第四天跟櫃枱反應客廳很多螞蟻，請櫃枱派人來處理，櫃枱給我們掃把要我們自己掃螞蟻，也沒清潔房間 3.第五天早上跟櫃枱說需要清潔整理，到晚上我們回去也沒整理 4.房間內壁癌很多 5.廁所天花板漏水 6.早餐還算好吃

I was booked studio room and very excited to be there to enjoy my vacation. Unfortunately is make me nut. The room air-con not working, TV not working. Called many times no one answered the call even though walk in counter and seek them fix it ASAP. But till I checkout also no one come and fixed.

The main door of the hotel room has a gap where you can see through to the other side, which is not safe. The sofa is badly torn and in very poor condition. The bathroom smells bad, and there is no foot mat provided. Overall, it was a very disappointing and unpleasant experience.

The room is clean but with limited facilities. There are ants at some places of the rooms. Reception counter opens only at 8:30 am. So not so convenient for those who want to check out earlier (as we need to take back the deposit when checking out).

Resort apartment 2 bilik. Kawasan luas. Jalan Kaki jea ke pantai Bagan Lalang. Bilik juga luas. Suasana nyaman. Apartment dengan basic amenities jea. Tiada Sudu/garfu Dan juga pinggan.

Bangunan lama.. bersih.. cuma ada part sliding door rosak.. but management bagi tukar bilik yang lain.. happy family 永安.. anak2 mandi kolam sampai malam

-Poor customer service -the aircond in masterbedroom only feels blower and noisy -the water heater not functioning - tv not functioning - sofa rosak Pro - near the beach - toilet clean hope the management can do the improvement for the better stay.

Находится далеко от супермаркетов. Тихо, спокойно. На пляже есть закусочные, можно перекусить. Доброжелательный персонал. Такси можно вызвать на ресепшене. Нет холодильника, чайника, интернета. Зона барбекю платная 120.

Location wise is good, very near to the Bagan Lalang Beach, you can walk there too. However, I am very disappointed with the poor arrangement. The reception counter was located outdoor , hot checking in at 3.00pm. Added I was there twice as they assigned me to an occupied room. Finally, as they are all fully booked, they provided us with an upgraded room. The hassle didn't end here, the master bedroom aircond is malfunction, TV is not working well too, no wifi and telco line is weak. I finally able to sit down and rest from check in at 3.00pm till 6.30pm. Reminder, breakfast is take away type - 1 teh tarik and 1 super spicy nasi goreng that my kids cant take it at all. For hospitality service pov, room was not properly managed, not updated and sync in the system. They overlooked customer's need, coming from different background and age. I hope the management will look into this and improve to serve the customer better.
