Service by staff from reception, room service and maintenance EXCELLENTE 1. Room cleanliness average ok 2. Bathroom need to major improvement i.e. smelly drainage, dirty tub, clogged sink, yellowish toilet bowl, low water pressure both tap and water heater.

All is good. Good for family gathering. Nice place to go with small budget. Near to bagan lalang beach and viral ikan bakar restaurant. Surely will repeat again next time. Worth my money.

I would like to suggest to hotel cleaning team, please ensure the cleanliness is at tip top condition. You all may started to spray air freshener to keep the environment refreshing. There was no buffet served but only ALA carte during our stay. It's ok and understandable for very small nos.of hotel guests but sadly the food portion is to large for me and friend. We all ladies not eating that much. So ended up a big waste for us. Please f&b team look into this matter and try giving your full heart in preparing the food. Although ALA carte but it was presented low standard (hotel seri malaysia always our favourite and never disappoint us since back to 90's but all are different now🤔) at least they are skill of making the food more pleasant 🙏

1. Suitable short 永安 2. Budget hotel to stay 3. Toilet worse. Water pump broken. Need manually open the cover press the pressure. And, water pressure small, toilet drain-pipe feel like are almost blocked.... 4. Whole set Bedsheets full of laundry smell... 5. Aircond & tv control are release by couter (when check-in), check-out have to return back to couter also. 6. No lift. Due to only 1storeys high. 1.適合短程旅行 2.平價的住宿酒店 3.廁所真的很糟糕, 馬桶排水閥開關壞了. 需要自行開水箱蓋按水件配件才能使用. 水壓很小, 排水管幾乎要堵住了! 因為水流很慢... 4.整套床單棉被都是洗衣粉味.. 5. 辦理入住的時候櫃枱會一併給予空調與電視遙控器, 退房時也要退還給櫃枱. 6. 沒電梯. 因為酒店只是一層樓而已.
