Thanks for the good service from the hotel staffs. They had prepare us amazing anniversary gifts. We enjoy awesome beach activities and our kids love it so much. The location consider close to town.

pros - the sea view!! - have private beach - mattress / pillow very comfy - spacious room, have mini bar - clean no bad review but i wish they have smart tv overall i am very satisfied with my stay. just that sometimes can hear noise from next room. we accidentally left our belongings after checking out and thankful that they provide courier service (rm50) to send our things back. recommended 9/10

整體入住體驗中規中矩，房間乾淨整潔、服務人員態度友好，地點也很方便，適合短暫停留。 不過稍顯遺憾的是隔音效果較差，鄰房的説話聲和走廊的腳步聲都能聽得比較清楚，夜間休息受到一些影響。建議酒店在隔音方面進行改善，提升整體住宿品質。

I had a pleasant stay at Mercure Penang. The hotel has a modern and stylish design with a comfortable ambiance that makes it suitable for both business and leisure. The rooms are clean, cozy, and well-equipped with essential amenities. The bed was very comfortable, and the overall room layout gave a relaxing feel after a long day.

During my stay, which made it difficult to fully enjoy all the amenities. Unfortunately, the reception staff wasn’t very efficient when it came to resolving issues, which was a bit disappointing. On a positive note, the breakfast was decent—nothing exceptional, but it got the job done.

I would rate 4/5 for overall the review as there’s pro’s and con’s. For pros, the location is strategic between the georgetown and batu feringghi city and the view is absolutely stunning where the beach is really located behind the hotel so its cool to swim and just walk through the lobby to beach. Secondly, I love the hotel scents, it has a pleasant and fragrant smell. The breakfast is average, i cant say its that bad or good but its okay for me except the slice meat taste a bit salty. Room was okay, mine consider quite big can accommodate to 4 person and the bed size is comfortable. Well a hotel that I can repeat it again.

酒店離市區比較遠，在城市北邊，設施有點陳舊了，入住需要收取按金，酒店旁邊有個很大的美食夜市和一個大型商場，吃飯購物方便。最大的問題是泳池開放時間過短，晚上八點就趕人關閉了。酒店的海灘垃圾比較多，有不少非酒店住戶在玩耍

Saya sangat berpuas hati semasa menginap di Hotel Mercure, Penang. Saya ke sini bersama isteri sempena aniversary kami. Masuk bilik sahaja dapat suprise kek dan minuman dari pihak hotel Isteri sangat gembira. Bilik bersih dan cantik. Tandas juga bersih dan tidak berbau. Saya dan isteri sangat selesa bermalam di sini. Di masa akan datang kami akan datang ke sini lagi. Pemandangan ocean view dari bilik ini sangat cantik.Lobi pun cantik. Terima kasih Mercure Hotel. Terbaik.
