hotel tak ada pintu tandas..terlalu open dan bersebelahan katil untuk bilik ini.jika ingin membuang akan mengangu ..parking lot kereta kena parking dekat luar..

The place is located strategically in the city. It is close to a lot of places. But when I arrived, the worker asked for my IC(national identification card) and took a picture of it using her personal phone, which then I contacted the manager to report. That seems unprofessional and unethical. Didn't use the swimming pool, but the restaurant is closed, so you have to find breakfast outside (which I don't mind).

I really like the hotel. Very pretty. Staff very helpfull. Owner easy to comunicate. I really like this place so much

Good price with great amenities.. will definitely come here again and bring kids

臨時管道這家，設施什麼都看起來不錯，前台不會中文，交流有點問題，盡在扣的一分是一樓有點潮，衞生間有味道，還有一衹壁虎，怕怕的

Was a beautiful antique place to stay. The night view was calming. Aircond fan tv was perfect. Bed was very comfy: safe and sound .

酒店位置居中，出門還算方便，附近有海灘，吃飯方便，唯一缺點就是隔音效果不太好，馬來西亞晚上還是有很多摩託車，建議帶耳塞過去。

Appreciate: 1) Customer support WhatsApp replies very quickly and politely :). 2) Many food establishments nearby. Search “claypot restaurant” we ate there 4 days in a row even after shifting away from this hotel. 3) Swimming pool was nice and clean. 4) Antique decorations in the hotel looks amazing. 5) had 2 private carpark lots in the compound, there are parking spots outside of the compound as well, just unsure if it is legal. We were lucky to have at least 1 lot in the hotel during our stay. Can be improved: 1) Hotel has no reception, make sure customers gets their check in details before they arrive the hotel or at least just before 3pm. 2) Wifi speed can be faster. It failed a few times during my 3d2n stay there. The Mrs and I couldn’t even load google maps. Quite frustrating. Had to use my data. 3) Sound proofing maybe? We had a room facing the Main Street and in our room there’s a door that used to be able to open and go to the balcony but it’s blocked by a large wardrobe. This allowed the sound to travel through the door gaps. 4) toilet can be cleaner, check the floor traps and the make sure it’s clean, cleaner left a ball of hair stuck at the floor traps. 5) toilet floor can have anti slip s永安s. Really slippery. Had to ban my toddler from going into the toilet. 6) too many mosquitoes at the hotel. Fortunately we didn’t have it in our room.

Check in and check out easy and simple. Location is good for those who want to go to the beach. Parking is sufficient, many antique items in house. The only setback is the room smell a little moldy and the smell from the toilet is bad. Hopefully the host can do something about them.

What a wonderful hotel, booked for 2 nights and the stay was awesome. My son really enjoyed the pool. The room was so spacious, a king size bed and a single bed with alot of space leftover. This hotel and room has lots of antique furniture and pianos. Eventhough this hotel is brand new (completed in 2024) but it give out an old world charm, it's like living in a hotel from the 60s. I especially love the flooring, it's totally mesmerising. Parking was sufficient enough for my suv. There was even a coway water dispenser in the pantry. This hotel doesn't have a reception counter but it has a very unique key box check in system. I highly recommend it to everyone visiting Penang.
