這是我第一次也是最後一次再來了 衞生和設施真的讓人失望 花灑不僅出水慢 而且冷熱水不穩定 水龍頭還是壞的 加分項幸好靠近海邊能看到海 樓上還有小型游泳池 但是這兩天我真的對於廁所的設施太失望了

Good value for stay, room is spacious with basic amenities,night is quiet though may hear some mild talking from other rooms, cleanliness is acceptable with good side seaview.

So far, tempat ok. Dengan dengan laut. Kolam pon air okay. Anak-anak selesa menginap. Santai-santai bercuti. Cuma tempat parking terhad. Kami order grab/misi jela untuk makan. Nak keluar tu nnti risau parking dah susah. Kafe hotel non Muslim.

Rumah studio,bilik luas,ada bilik make up,tandas&bilik air dlm 1 ruang,ruang tamu,tv banyak channel,tempat panas air utk minum,peti ais kecil.aircond dan kipas ada.yg takde berus gg&ubat gg dan iron(iron disediakan tapi kena g lobi sana ada bilik di sediakan,mesin basuh skali,rasanya kena bayar kalau nk cuci kain),masa datang kat hotel hp habis bateri jadi takde gambar dlm bilik,tapi seperti yg pihak hotel iklankan.apa² pun sangat berpuas hati.tq

For the price I paid and the room condition doesn't compliment at all. For courtesy of guests there is not even a welcoming body language by front office and only 1 access card given without a proper envelope with room number. The whole building looks worn down together with it's aging furniture. Beds were full of dust mites and no proper toiletries; of course the towels are dirty with stains. Only compliment is the location, as Penangite I booked this hotel as left no choice for next days event for my kid nearby. As hotelier in Penang hope we run our business with some pride. Message is for improvement purpose.
