The place is very wonderful and the nature is very beautiful, but the issue of insects is very annoying. There were so many bugs unfortunately I had to sleep in my car and the rest of my friends couldn't sleep at all they just sit outside under the fane The activities were great but most of them were closed , Unfortunately, there was a video clip being filmed and the filming company did not allow us to enter some places، Most of the time the staff asked us to move to another place, but despite that, the way they asked was very polite and friendly. When booking, there was supposed to be breakfast, but we never found that and there were no staff to inquire about it. Anyway, the place is highly recommended, to be honest, for daytime activities only, but I do not recommend it for sleeping at all. I hope the management will address this problem. I am sorry for the long speech. Thank you.

Stay area is only average. Good bed. No chairs in the room. Semantan chalet is too cramp for 3 pax. Had a visitor in my room “mickey mouse” Staff hepled to chase that uninvited guest. The activities provided are good for exploring. If you don’t mind just basic stay go ahead.

The stay was a mixed experience. On the positive side, the amenities were enjoyable — the games, sports activities, kayak, and slides were fun and unique, which made the place feel special. However, there were several serious drawbacks: no Wi-Fi, noticeable loud flight aircraft noise, and weak air-conditioning that did not cool the room well. At night, loud music until 11pm disrupted rest. The room also lacked simple essentials such as a clothes line for drying laundry. Most concerning was the exposed bare power cable near the shower, which posed a serious safety hazard. Additionally, some staff were not friendly, which affected the overall experience. In short, while the recreational facilities were enjoyable, the comfort, safety, and service standards fell short
