Well, the whole staff was very nice and professional. All of them were cooperative. Particularly, M. RAMA helped me resolve the issue regarding room categories as the room I saw and picked up was not attributed to me. Anyway, Mr. RAMA contacted his manager and got my room changed and gave the room, which I booked according to pictures shown on the website. The breakfast was very good. All the staff was professional and cooperative. Thanks to all.

Aston Tanjung Pinang hotel is nearby Airport RHF TanjungPinang, only 5 minutes by car. Breakfast is good, with view swimming pool. Cons : No free airport transfer from hotel, airport transfer from hotel is IDR 80.000 is too expensive.🥲

Overall our stay is good. Food was ok. Cleanliness in room need improvement.. Carpet was sandy & dusty. Toilet bidet area was leaking. Towels are worn out & looks “old”. We stayed in room 228, Premier Room.

Arranged for ferry terminal pick up and drop off and the drivers are both courteous and accommodating (though more than twice the price compared to transpo by grab). First room, the aircon not working,i called more than 2-3times to check but nobody come, i even got massage room service for 2hours still nobody come..imagine how hot it is in the room.. after few more hours the maintenance came and say that the aircon got problem just then they decided to transfer me to the other room at the opposite wing. Got plans to celebrate my birthday on that day but just preferred to stay at the room and ordered dinner. The food are ok. The condiments in the room looks messy and the door hinges are broken. Most of the staff i encounter can’t communicate much in english so needs to improve on that part. The overnight stay was not that great but just ok.
