來檳城那麼多次,第一次入住這家酒店。我會選擇這家酒店的第一個原因是因為它有私人的停車場,而且是非常多的車位。因為做工的關係,我都是駕着hilux ,後面也放滿了貨物📦住其他酒店停車位有限,有時我們放工遲了,衹能停在其他地方(不受酒店管理的地方)。每晚都要擔驚受怕車不見,貨物不見。這間酒店就沒這個問題啦。car park 也免費🆓

Stay: 17–20 Sept 2025 | Jazz Hotel Penang One of the most disappointing hotel stays I’ve ever had. We came for our wedding anniversary with our 1½-year-old son, but the entire experience was ruined. • Parking validation is a joke: Park at 7th floor, but must travel down to 1st floor counter from 28th floor just to validate ticket, then back up to the car. Annoying and badly planned. • Housekeeping = non-existent: No cleaning done in 3 nights. Trash piled up, towels stained, and we were even given a towel with blood stains. When we called for help, it took 30+ minutes to respond. • Facilities broken: No hot water, bathtub blocked, basin leaking. My toddler had to shower with cold water on the first night. Technician came but walked into the room with shoes on. • No in-room phone: We had to use our own mobile to call customer service. Ridiculous. • Free breakfast “compensation”: Offered on the 3rd day but by then our anniversary mood was already destroyed. This hotel seriously needs to re-evaluate its standards. If you’re expecting comfort, cleanliness, and basic hospitality, I strongly suggest you think twice before booking here.

The stay was overall fine, but the bathroom hot water was not available when needed. Reception explained that the main water source temperature was low and usually takes about an hour to resume. It was a bit inconvenient, and I hope this can be improved for future guests. Besides the same issue with the refrigerator also not being cold enough

Penang's traffic needs some patience. But since we use the grab app everywhere its ok for us. The hotel's location allows u to see a good part of the whole penang island and its near sea view which is beautiful! Recommend to get a sea view room which we did not opt for unfortunately :( The hotel staff are very welcoming, friendly, provides good service and are accomodating to our needs. A good amount of variety for breakfast and the amenities were great too. There was pool and gym. They have karaoke in house too! We love the decor and vibes of the hotel. Gives off cosy vibes 👍🏽 the room cards were unique as they resemble cassette tapes 😁

The interior was nice&comfort. But not with the cleaningman. Didnt change pillowsheet&bedsheet. I smell it whole nite. Terrible. Bathroom looks dirty on some corners.

We arrives at 4pm but the room still not ready. Upon checking the room, I found trash that had not been cleaned up and was left behind by the previous guest. I complained to the hotel, but no action was taken. Breakfast buffet was okay with limited choices. However,the ambiance kinda nice and comfortable. The service need to be improved

The location is strategic ✨ All at walking distance and room is spacious ♥️ Please improve in cleanliness as bathroom were mouldy on certain areas and cabinets and coffee area were dusty 🫠 The SVC were half asleep answering calls when transferring my call to IRD😅 Overall birthday celebration with Jazz were superb 🥰

hotel bersih dan banyak kemudahan…sangat berbaloi dgn harga…blik ada bathtub dan hotel ada pool di tingkat 5 so agak privacy…walaupon parking tingkat 6 dan keatas tpi sgt memudahkn sbb bnyak parking…lokasi hotel dekat dgn pantai dan dekat dgn lotus…jadi klau segan nk p makan jauh2 just go to lotus utk cri mkn…puass hati sgt stay hotel ni recommend sgt🥰
