Great location! We enjoyed walking to nearby restaurants and attractions. The hotel service was top-notch, and i found the staff to be very accommodating and helpful with my requests.

Old hotel with cockroaches roaming in my room. Pillows were thin and aircon was not cold. Room amenities are poorly provided. Not recommended and not value for money immaterial how you might think it’s cheap. I would rather fork out a little extra to get a decent room and have a goodnite sleep. This hotel totally need to be refurbished.

Bilik selesa. Bahagian bawah katil bertompok2 kesan air (pernah stay, hujan lebat-air hujan masuk melalui tingkap). Overall, utk budget stay saya puas hati. Not reccomended utk fussy customer.

If you want to stay in Tawau, this is a good choice. The kettle was dirty, but the staff switched in quickly for me. Photo is the room and Semporna activities.

房間整潔，交通便利，到達各景點的距離皆適中，窗外的視野不錯，向東房間可以看到日出，也可以看到海岸，是鬥湖住宿不錯的選擇。

the bedsheets was so dirty like it was not changed to a new one. even the bed was dirty, it looks like so old. the plus point is the parking lot only. it has quite many parking if you travel with cars. apart from that, the hotel is so-so.
