No towels and amenities provided by the hotel. Been called the receptionist for almost 6 times but they answered all rooms also the same. The hotel didnt have extra towels because all gone to dobby.. Almost 10pm they handed the towels.. Bad experience. This is my first & last stay at this hotel.

The room is smelly…no even 1 basic channel for the tV..all the amenities in the room should be change especially the toilet..not recommended hotel if stay more than 1 night..

Lokasi strategik. Bilik luas, ada set sofa, meja dengan dua kerusi. Lantai berkarpet (lama). TV lama, siaran tidak jelas. Dalam bilik mandi ada bath tub. Ada mini ice box.

I was enjoys stayvacation at Marco Polo Hotel. I like this hotel because near to Masjid. My child love to bath with tab at rooms. The aircond is cold and very comfortable to stays. The lamp on the desk is beautiful and my wife love to selfie in that area. But sadly no breakfast like before. I hope one day they put breakfast like buffet later

room reeked of cigarettes, furniture was old & dirty, dead cockroaches seen along the walkway… room phone was not working, when we approached the concierge regarding the phone they laughed & said it has been a long standing problem… avoid at all costs!!!

Hotel dengan fasilitet lama tapi masih ok. Sangat dekat dengan masjid, kedai makan, supermarket & pasar malam (Jumaat & Sabtu). Tempat parkir disediakan cuma tidak dikawal/jaga. Recommended 👍

It's an old hotel, however I love the classic design, the staffs are very friendly and helpful. However it's normal in an old hotel, the smell of old carpet and unsatisfactory shower may bring it down it's value. Overall it's a good experience
