First room checked in , the aircon is not working . Request to change room and was given a new room . We checked in as group and many other rooms also facing the same issue which aircon is not working .location is great but a bit noisy at night . Quite hard to find parking if you are driving .

Tempat yang sesuai utk sekeluarga cuma kemudahan parking agak sukar. Mudah mencari makanan sebab dikelilingi pasar dan restoran. Servey pun dekat seblah saja. Biliknya bersih dan kemudahannya cukup. Staf pun baik2 semuanya. Secara keseluruhan.. cemerlang👍👍👍

Great hotel for family with kids as the location really near with restaurants, supermarket and other shops. The only downside is you might need time to find parking as the hotel only next to supermarket. Breakfast provided by the hotel is ala carte and delicious although not many choices provided. Overall, we had a pleasant stay at the hotel.

The hotel is not in the center of LD. but it has many shops, laundry, supermarket nearby and walkable. It also has many restaurants nearby and pasar malam in the night. Hotel is also clean and staff is helpful for early check in and late checkout.

The hotel is quite old, no upgrading since so many years. Last time the hotel provide freeflow buffer style breakfast before COVID, but now is limited to one set per customer. Street parking lot in front of hotel, but need to compete with Servay Supermarket customer during Servay Supermarket operation hours. Hope the hotel can provide freeflow buffer as per before COVID.

The location of the hotel is near the supermarket. Easy to find restaurants of ur choice. Just if you are travelling by car it might be a challenge to find a parking spot as that area is quite congested with people due to the variety of amenities. Room was okay, aircond was cool, toilet is okay, but no toothbrush & toothpaste provided. Only towel with soap n shampoo.
