房間還可以，我住的那個房間，異味很大，因為第一次去馬來西亞，以為所有的都這樣，就沒提出來換，忍了一晚上，後來發現別的房間都還好。

bare minimum hotel with ok facilities. renovation can be heard throughout the day and karaoke noise past midnight room walls are thin and echos can be heard intermittenly beds are hard but shower is decent.

Such a good place to stay! It is so cozy and near to many food places, the check in & put was so easy and convenient, recommended!

It’s a simple and basic place to stay. However, the door cannot be double-locked from the inside, and the room is not soundproof—I could hear footsteps and conversations outside, as well as traffic noise from downstairs. When I was showering, I could even hear someone coughing next door as if they were right beside me. Several times, I smelled smoke in the room without knowing where it was coming from. The TV kept lagging to the point that I gave up and turned it off. To top it off, I woke up to find a large lizard on top of the curtain. I so felt I was been overcharged. It is my first time & it’s also my last. won’t be returning.

The hotel has a potential to thrive if cleanliness is better as I can see the design and colours are all nice. The bedsheets has obvious stains, but we made do with it for the night, the next morning requested to change bedsheets. They make up our room but still did not change the bedsheets, therefore the star ratings for cleanliness and service. Need some vacuuming, the amount of thick dust accumulating feels like few weeks. For the LED TV, laggy on Malaysian channels, but ok for mediacorp channels. Hot water and iron board is outside at the shared space.

The location of the hotel is very good. Just a few minutes to Mount Austin’s restaurants and waterpark, AEON Tebrau & access to highways. I feel comfortable staying here, just that the cleanliness of the bedsheet is slightly not enough. However, the room is spacious and 2 bottles of mineral water was provided. There is a water dispenser outside too. Self service check in/out kiosk is located outdoor so I was feeling insecure at night but luckily the whole process was ok. I will still choose to stay here because of the location, I slept well during my stay and the price is reasonable.
