Great location — plenty of food options, a hypermarket, and convenience stores nearby. The room was spacious, with a functional air conditioner and water heater. Higher floors are easily accessible by lift. The check-in counter staff were super friendly, and the check-in/check-out process was very convenient — no deposit required. Do note that the room is not soundproof, so light sleepers might be affected. There’s no water dispenser in the hotel, but bottled mineral water is provided in the room.

Thin walls where you can hear sounds from corridor & room next door. For the price, the room is very clean with amenities as stated (shower gel, toothbrush, towel, TV (no Netflix), free bottled water and kettle). No hair dryer available. The location is conveniently located - near to dim sum food place, grocery shop, many eateries and entertainment. Fuss-free check in. Food delivery can be ordered thru app and delivered up to door step of your room. Highly recommended.

Charged 15rm for 40 minutes late checkout. At first, I requested late checkout, the person did not mention any fees. Be careful of this. Nearby has Hua Mui, seems famous.

If you are looking for a budget hotel, you can make do with this. Location is excellent and accessible. There is a smile bar just right beside it making it even convenient. Hotel interior and amenities, if you been to Hotel 81, it look similar. There is TA Bakery nearby and the bread are super good!
