Late check-in around 12am, a lots restaurant nearby.

Checked in on 13 May 2025. Reception fine. Woke up to go to toilet but no water to wash bum. Had to use my bottle of drinking water. No toilet paper. At 7.30 am wanted to shower but no water. Stayed on the highest level with no elevator. Walked down to complain. The old man at reception was rude and told that if we require the pump to be switched on, we have to come down and request. First hotel having this primitive ruling. This is 2025 and not 1925!!!!
