The hotel is located in a quieter area of Taman Mount Austin, but it is still within walkable distance to places like Nanyang Street and other locations. The hotel is newly renovated, and their basic amenities are sufficient. For the price of S$40/night in 2025, this hotel is considered to be at the lower range, but it offers a very good standard of cleanliness, careful details, and the general comfort is assured! Attached are some pictures of my single room with a king-size bed with windows! God bless and have a blessed stay!

Shower head water pressure is low. Level 2 lift lobby still have a bit of bad odour. As for durian season, durian tentage setup along the car park.

1st time booking this hotel. The environment and surroundings are good. The location is more outside Mount Austin but is still good for me. The receptionist provided a good service attitude.

It's an ok hotel if you wanna stay one night near Taman Mount Austin but away from the crowds. Easy to find parking here and there's food around this area too

Fast and efficient friendly staff at the main lobby. Clean floor, bed , toilet. Been here a few times this past few months. Only thing that needs to be improved is the black mould problem and wall defects in room I got this time.

Excellent location and the apartment is spacious and adequately equipped. Smoking may be a little inconvenient as it’s prohibited within the entire building. The designated smoking area is next to the guard room. Overall truly enjoy my stay and will definitely recommend to anyone who wants to stay there.

The hotel outlook is quite old and no amenities at all.Corridor leading to rooms is a little dark so kind of scary if walking alone at night. The counter staff is quite friendly and efficient although I can see that they are understaffed. Location wise is quite centralized with good food choices along the road and opposite of the hotel Will consider staying around the area during my next visit.

Overall room cleanliness and neatness was good. However, the hotel room wifi signal was weak. There is a night pub named Uncle Don which is a walking distance from this hotel and a very affordable satay stall and roti prata shop. The overall location is good but quite quiet at night.
