服務很好，有免費的早餐；位置也特別棒，在市中心。但市中心也有壞處，晚上都頻繁聽到隆隆的地鐵聲。整個酒店也有點老舊。 但因為這個價位，這樣的酒店還是挺滿意的。

Exceeded expectations! For such an affordable price, I felt like I received 5-star service. Breakfast was included and quite satisfying, and the welcome drink was really refreshing after a long 永安. I dropped my luggage before check-in, and it was super convenient, I even got early check-in, which allowed me to explore the city right away and save both time and money. After check-out, I also left my luggage at the hotel and enjoyed a nearby café before my departure. So helpful! The facilities were excellent: power outlets conveniently placed for charging, fresh towels and linens replaced daily, complimentary bottled water, and reliable hot water for showers. There’s also a dispenser for hot and cold water refills. The view from my room was a bonus, I could see Tunjungan Plaza right from the window. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Surabaya. Absolutely loved my stay at Amaris Hotel Embong Malang Surabaya. Definitely staying here again!

Pilihan ekonomis, posisi ditengah kota dan sangat strategi. Makanan lumayan tergantung selera karena setiap hari berganti. Ada minus sprei agak kotor dan ini ke 2 kali ac bocor..dah selebihnya oke

Upon request, the hotel provides me with iron and kettle. But there was a small cockroach in the bathroom. The soap dispenser looks old and not quite clean but overall the hotel is good. Location is great. Recommended.

Lokasi hotel sangat strategis. Mau ke TP tinggal jalan kaki, tempat lain juga dekat. Hanya saja waktu check in masih harus nunggu sekitar 15 menit karena kamar masih dibersihkan. Handuk datang jam 3, jadi ga bisa langsung bebersih. Di dalam kamar kaget ada perban berdarah 😭 dan masih bau rokok. Semua fasilitas lain oke. Makanan juga oke main course nya. Menu pendampingnya hambar, tapi nggak papa menyeimbangkan sama main course yang padat rasa.
