努爾哈亞特 (Nour Hayat)

早餐很豐富，符合中國胃，伊朗人民對中國人確實比較友善，淳樸的人民。同事深切感受到了天氣的乾燥，我還好。

且不説每天都壞的電梯，每天早餐區同我們一同進餐的蒼蠅，光是每次都從我一米八大漢手裡搶一個小雙肩包要小費的門僮。都是我這輩子不再入住的理由。不過前台同志很友善，也不能一棒子打死。

在這已經算還不錯的環境了 吃食也還行

I stayed for 2 days in this hotel. The room is really different from the picture in the 永安 I booking. Not happy with this hotel. Only the staff who bring my stuff is nice. Others is very bad attititude towards me.

Despite the clear description of the room at 永安 reservation (presence of a window, floors 2 to 7), I was forcibly checked in into a room without windows and fresh air intake. In response to my dissatisfaction, it was outlined that the liability for the non-compliance rests with 永安 and the hotel is absolutely not responsible. Furthermore, my claim was considered funny by receptionists instead of undertaking an appropriate corrective actions. Receptionists of hotel strictly insists to withdraw the international passport for "temporary storage for safety reasons".

在德黑蘭，酒店位置便利，裝修簡約，現代。 大廳寬闊，明亮。 早餐很符合中國人口味，早餐可以幫客人從咖啡廳製作各種精美咖啡。 wifi也比較快，工作人員英文也都很不錯。

It was a great hotel. First of all, the man at the reception was very polite, but friendly and worked efficiently. I was very impressed. The porter was also very friendly and talked to me about Japanese martial arts. He had a lot to talk about. The female staff also made an effort to exchange money outside of business hours. All the staff at this hotel were full of hospitality and made various efforts to help me. The room was very clean and tidy. It is a 5-star hotel, so it has everything you need. There was a kettle, but there were no coffee cups, so when I asked for one, they even brought me a Nespresso machine. What's more, they gave me four capsules. I was impressed. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, and everything was incredibly delicious. And what is particularly noteworthy about this hotel is that it is 1/3 to 1/4 the price of other 5-star hotels in Tehran, even though everything is perfect. It is close to the metro station (about 10 minutes), and although there is a lot of traffic on the road in front, the room is quiet, so I will definitely stay at this hotel next time I come to Tehran. 最高に良いホテルでした。まず レセプションの男性はとても禮儀正しく、しかしフレンドリーで仕事もテキパキと進めます。とても好印象でした。ポーターがまたとても親しみを持てる人で、日本の格闘技について話をしてくれました。話題が豊富です。また女性スタッフは時間外の両替にも盡力してくれました。このホテルのスタッフの人は皆、ホスピタリティに溢れており、私を助けるために色々と努力をしてくれました。部屋はとても清潔で綺麗です。5つ星 なので必要なものは全て揃っています。ポットがあったのですがコーヒーカップがなかったのでそれを頼むと、ネスプレッソのマシンまで持ってきてくれました。しかも、カプセルを4つも。感激しました。朝食ビュッフェは種類も豊富で、どれも信じられないほど美味しいです。そしてこのホテルの特筆すべき點は、全てが完璧なのにテヘランにある他の5つ星ホテルに比べて 1/3〜1/4の価格なのです。メトロの駅からも近く（およそ10分）、前の道路のトラフィックは多いながら部屋の中は靜かで、私は次にテヘランに來ても必ずこのホテルに泊まります。

I had a great stay at the hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. Every questions I had were thoughtfully taken care of, and I truly felt like a valued guest. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great experience.

The hotel was beautiful, with modern facilities, excellent breakfast, and good service. However, it wasn’t safe as they allowed everyone to enter! Late Thursday night, early Friday morning, an old woman knocked on my room door at 1 AM. How was she allowed to reach the fifth floor?! I hope she gets punished.
